Executive Order-to-Cash Billing And Verification

This role covers the finance checks at the start and end of the client billing cycle. The Executive will verify that customer master data and sales orders are accurate before onboarding and renewal, and will make sure clients receive and formally accept their invoices.

• Verify customer details for new client onboarding, including legal name, billing and shipping address, GSTIN, PAN, contact details, and credit terms.
  

• Check sales orders against the approved quotation, PO, or agreement for pricing, quantity, tax treatment, billing frequency, and contract period.
  

• Verify renewal sales orders against the previous contract terms and approved revisions to pricing or scope.
  

• Flag discrepancies to Sales and Operations and get them resolved before the order is approved in the ERP (Zoho).
  

• Keep onboarding and renewal verification records and checklists up to date.
  

B. Invoice Submission & Acceptance

• Send invoices to clients by email with the required supporting documents, such as the PO, delivery or service proof, and contract references.
  

• Follow up by email until the client confirms invoice acceptance.
  

• Track submission dates, acceptance status, and any client queries or rejections in an invoice tracker.
  

• Coordinate with internal teams to fix rejected or disputed invoices and resubmit them on time.
  

• Share regular status reports on pending acceptances with the O2C Manager.
  
  

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
  
• Experience:​ 1–3 years
  
• Working knowledge of GST invoicing requirements and basic accounting.
  
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or Zoho ERP, or a similar system.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for trackers, lookups, and basic reports.
  
• Strong attention to detail and a habit of documenting work.
  
• Clear, professional written communication for client emails and follow-ups.
  
• Ability to coordinate across Sales, Operations, and Finance.
