Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities via calls, social media, field visits, and networking.
  • Guide the team in engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products or solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and ensure clear communication of service offerings.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of team sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, or client meetings when required.
  • Address escalated customer concerns, provide solutions, and support team members in handling feedback.
  • Report regularly to management on team performance and feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
  • Proven ability to lead a team, with a positive and supportive attitude.
  • Quick learner with a strong interest in sales and customer service.
  • Organized, target-driven, and capable of multitasking.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
