MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Công việc chính đăng tin tạo nguồn, hỗ trợ gọi điện sơ vấn, hẹn phỏng vấn
Hỗ trợ các công tác nhập dữ liệu ứng viên đầu vào, quản lý database, hỗ trợ làm báo cáo
Hỗ trợ các công việc khác được giao như đi trường, ngày hội việc làm,…
Hỗ trợ và quản lý đội ngũ Cộng tác viên Tuyển dụng.
Xử lý các công việc Paperwork được giao
Các công việc khác theo hướng dẫn

YÊU CẦU / CHUYÊN MÔN

Nam/nữ
Sắp tốt nghiệp đại học, năm cuối, đang làm khóa luận hoặc mới ra trường
Có thể làm full time, tuần có thể nghỉ 1-2 buổi (Nếu làm khóa luận)
Nhanh nhẹn, nhiệt tính, chăm chỉ, tự tin, giao tiếp tốt, không ngại việc, chịu được áp lực cao
Mong muốn học hỏi, yêu thích và định hướng làm về lĩnh vực Nhân sự

QUYỀN LỢI

Hỗ trợ nghỉ 1-2 buổi / tuần để làm khóa luận
Được đóng dấu sau khi thực tập
Được làm việc trong môi trường trẻ trung, năng động, nhiều thử thách
Được tham gia các hoạt động liên quan đến tuyển dụng.
