About The Job

Having solved a critical problem of the Electric Vehicle (EV) space – Safety of vehicles, by using our leading-edge technology and advanced systems which will ultimately drive the larger adoption of electric vehicles in India, we’re looking to further accelerate our mission of powering 5 million electric vehicles with Vecmocon smart solutions by 2025.

If you are ready to make an impact and help deliver meaningful outcomes, join our testing team and help us to drive Vecmocon’s smart and intelligent solutions among the broader EV industry players including OEM, ODM, battery manufacturers and more. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety and safety of our products and developing the testing plans. Were looking to add key members who will be strong team players and will be responsible for maximizing our testing team potential. The role would be based in New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales of Vecmocons product portfolio — BMS, smart chargers, IoT devices, and EV swapping stations.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new business clients across target industries.
• Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and targeted outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Build and manage a structured customer pipeline using CRM tools; maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data.
• Execute regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to drive conversions and ensure retention.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and technical demonstrations to decision-makers.
• Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure seamless pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, activity logs, and market feedback to management.
• Gather competitor and market intelligence to support product positioning and sales strategy.
  
  

• Strong B2B sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical products .
• Proficiency in customer data management and CRM tools (not mandatory).
• Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline and pipeline ownership.
• Confident in cold calling, lead generation, and independently building a client base.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and field sales activities.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical), or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant B2B sales experience (freshers with strong aptitude from relevant engineering backgrounds may also be considered).
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is a plus.
