Nhiệm Vụ

Kiểm tra các nguyên liệu nhập vào CK
Kiểm tra các sản phẩm do CK sản xuất
Kiểm soát quá trình sản xuất thành phẩm
Kiểm soát các kho đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về ATTP
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của trưởng phòng
Tuân thủ những quy định của công ty
Báo cáo các vấn đề liên quan cho Quản lý bộ phận
Đảm bảo chất lượng nguyên liệu nhập
Đảm bảo đạt chất lượng hàng hóa khi xuất về nhà hàng
Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về ATTP trong quá trình sản xuất

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Cao Đẳng, Đại Học chuyên ngành công nghệ thực phẩm, sinh học
Nắm rõ tiêu chuẩn của các nguyên liệu, sản phẩm
Nắm rõ các quy trình sản xuất
Hiểu rõ các quy định về ATVSTP
Thành thạo sử dụng Microsofe office
