Responsibilities

– Lead and manage end-to-end Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Union Performance Management, Employee Development and Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training Union, Liaoning, Factory Legal compliance.

– Managing Contract Labour, Union Negotiation, and Industrial Relations matters

– Ensure effective management of Industrial Relations (IR), Employee Relations (ER), Statutory Compliance, and handling of settlements.

– Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.

Preferred Candidate

MBA or MSW with 15 to 20 years of experience managing end-to-end IR/ER functions in a plant environment, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
