Operations Leadership & P&L Management

• Lead multi-market operations to achieve sustainable growth, operational excellence, and superior customer experience.
• Own business performance by driving revenue growth, profitability, productivity, and disciplined P&L management.
• Optimize operational systems, cost structure, and execution standards to maximize efficiency and scalability.
• Build high-performing teams and cultivate a culture of ownership, accountability, and execution excellence.
  
  

• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify sustainable growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute market entry, expansion, and investment strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.
• Evaluate business feasibility, location potential, and commercial viability to support strategic decision-making.
  
  

• Partner with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, IT, and Product teams to deliver integrated business strategies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that accelerate growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance organizational capability.
• Align resources, priorities, and execution across departments to ensure successful delivery of strategic objectives.
  
  

• 3-4 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý nhà hàng, chuỗi F&B (tương đương Area RM hoặc Senior RM).
• Am hiểu vận hành chuỗi: SOP, P&L, quản lý chi phí COS/COL, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng dịch vụ.
• Hiểu biết về thị trường F&B quốc tế hoặc có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại nước ngoài là lợi thế lớn.
• Có kiến thức cơ bản về nghiên cứu thị trường và phát triển đối tác.
• Tốt nghiệp Đại học, ưu tiên ngành F&B, Quản trị Nhà hàng, Du lịch hoặc Kinh doanh Quốc tế.
  
  

• Đọc và phân tích P&L; nhạy bén với số liệu kinh doanh.
• Xây dựng đội ngũ bản địa từ đầu.
• Giao tiếp rõ ràng với Quản lý trực tiếp và các bên liên quan trong GG.
• Tiếng Anh thành thạo (bắt buộc). Biết thêm ngôn ngữ thị trường mục tiêu là lợi thế.
• Sẵn sàng relocate và làm việc lâu dài tại thị trường quốc tế.
• Thích nghi nhanh, tự chủ trong môi trường chưa có đầy đủ hệ thống hỗ trợ.
