The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing them with information and guidance as needed
• Check-in passengers and their luggage, ensuring all necessary documents are in order
• Board and disembark passengers from the aircraft, following safety procedures
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the check-in counters and boarding gates
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols at all times
• Assist with special needs passengers, such as unaccompanied minors or disabled individuals
• Handle cash and credit card transactions for excess baggage fees and other services
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Airport Manager or Supervisor Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus
