A manufacturing company is seeking a Domestic Sales Coordinator to handle dealer orders, production coordination, logistics, and billing. The role involves ensuring smooth order processing, coordinating with production teams for timely deliveries, managing logistics to meet customer requirements, and overseeing billing processes to ensure accuracy and timely payments.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process dealer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Manage logistics, including shipping and delivery coordination.
• Handle billing processes, invoicing, and payment tracking.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, shipments, or billing.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Prior experience in sales coordination, order processing, or customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and CRM software.
