We are seeking an experienced Remote Property Manager to oversee short-term rental (STR) operations across platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO. This role focuses on ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, optimising performance, and delivering high-quality guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage listings across Airbnb, VRBO, and similar platforms
• Optimize pricing, availability, and booking performance
• Handle guest communication from inquiry to post-stay
• Oversee end-to-end rental operations and workflows
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
  
  
  

• Proven experience managing short-term rental (STR) properties
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy, calendar management, and booking systems
• Familiarity with tools such as Guesty or Smoobu (preferred)
• Knowledge of international short-term rental regulations
