Hubode is looking for a Female Community & Building Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, and help build a strong resident community. This role calls for a friendly, people-first leadership style with clear on-ground ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage resident queries and foster a positive community culture
• Oversee day-to-day building operations
• Coordinate vendors, repairs, and statutory compliance
• Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams
• Ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well-managed
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or facilities
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Friendly, approachable, and emotionally intelligent
• Able to multitask and handle real-time challenges
  
  

• ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Full-time, on-site role
• Live-in position with a private, fully furnished AC room (ensuite bathroom)
