Job Description

Review Scope of work and segregate defect list department wise.
Identify Long lead Procurement items and Resource requirements in Coordination with Production team
Estimation of Manpower and Resources as per Production requirements
Prepare PERT Chart and detailed schedule with all the milestone dates for the agreed scope of work
Co-ordinate with Procurement team to ensure timely arrival of ordered Procurement items.
Co-ordinate with Subcontract team to ensure timely availability of resources, OEMS and services required for project.
Coordinate with Production team and SRM to modify Plan in view of additional work.
Identify and propose better production methods, or improve supervision methods for improvements and timely completion of projects.
Prepare daily plan, weekly plan and monthly plan and submit to production
Prepare S- Curve and Monitor the progress of project as per schedule and report to Head ship repair and production team for any delay and take corrective actions.
Identify Risks and Prepare Risk management plan and mitigation plan for the project
Coordinate with production team and Head Ship Repair to prepare and respond to Faxes, letters received from customers.
Prepare and submit monthly project progress report as required by customer
Prepare and Present Project progress for Management reviews and customer.
Record action points and coordinate with Production team and SRM for timely closure.
Monitor timely closure of WDC in coordination with SRM & Head Ship Repair.
