I’m searching a recruiter to elevate our talent acquisition in India.

Your mission

As a recruiter you are responsible for hiring best talents in time and offer a smooth candidate experience.

This role demands to support the structuration of recruitment and execute rigorously the policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Guarantee a clear reference frame in recruitment (recruitment policy, legal, key rules)

• Ensure every candidate has a good experience from hunt/application to onboarding

• Ensure managers apply successfully methodologies

• Support company in attractivity and employee brand

• Defining needs through a clear brief with managers

• Headhunting targeted profiles

• Assessing and evaluating candidates with a standard synthesis

• Support managers in decision making through debrief and score cards

• Ensuring every candidates get a feedback

You might be a great fit if…

• You have a minimum of 5 years in recruitment including at least 3 years headhunting in PLM

• You have a bachelor or a master degree

• You are reliable, rigorous apply precisely methodologies and process defined

• You conduct processes with proactivity, assertiveness and advisory approach to support managers

• You have good oral communication (clear, structured, concise & synthetic, precise)

• You have good editorial communication
