Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher (Pre Primary) to support the early learning journey of young children in our dynamic preschool setting located in Manchirevula, Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering interactive, age-appropriate learning activities aligned with early childhood development goals.
  
• Support daily classroom routines and manage small group or individual student engagement during activities.
  
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  
• Collaborate with the Lead Teacher in implementing the curriculum and adapting materials to meet diverse learning needs.
  
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the Lead Teacher and parents as needed.
  
• Assist in preparing learning materials, organizing classroom resources, and supporting administrative tasks.
  
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and school events to support a cohesive educational experience.
  
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  
• 0–2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
  
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning principles.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient demeanor.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  
• Proficiency in basic digital tools for documentation and classroom support.
  
• Female candidates preferred for this role.
