Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
Assist with product demonstrations and onboarding for new customers.
Collaborate with our development team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
