Department: - Quick commerce/E-Commerce (Online Branch)

Location: Patna, Bihar

Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Summary: We're looking for an Online Business Executive to manage and grow our online pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities: -

Manage website/app orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
Coordinate with stores, warehouse, procurement, and delivery teams.
Monitor inventory, pricing, and online product listings.
Handle customer queries, returns, and order-related issues.
Track online sales and prepare performance reports.
Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements: -

Graduate in Business, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, online business, retail pharmacy, or quick commerce.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and strong coordination skills.

Salary: -

₹25,000–₹30,000 per month
