Job Description: We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff for our company, Bluespirit, located in Patna, Bihar, India. As a member of our ground staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas
• Handle ticketing, baggage check-in, and other administrative tasks
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive airport experience for all passengers
• Monitor flight schedules and assist with any changes or delays
• Coordinate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure timely and safe departures and arrivals
• Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all airport safety and security procedures
• Assist with special services for passengers with disabilities or special needs
• Other duties as assigned by airport management Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of airport operations and procedures is a plus
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus
