Job Description
Vikings Group of Companies is seeking a Chef de Partie – Pastry to lead the pastry section, ensuring top-quality pastries, cakes, cookies, and tarts. You will prepare from scratch, manage ingredients and inventory, and uphold sanitation standards in a fast-paced kitchen.
You will collaborate with kitchen staff and management on menu items and events, with on-site work and flexible scheduling including weekends. Immediate start is desired, and placement is Vikings SM Bacolod.
