Job Description
This is a full-time customer service role for financial software products, based in Bacolod City. You'll be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers, helping them navigate our software and troubleshoot any issues they encounter.
What you'll be doing
Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
Investigating and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
Providing product training and guidance to customers
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and escalating feedback to the product team
Collaborating with the wider customer service team to share best practices and continuously improve our support offerings
What we’re looking for
Atleast a senior high school graduate
Excellent English Communications Skills
Amenable to work onsite
With 6 months BPO Experienced
