- Oversees recruitment, training, and performance of Sales Representatives to meet financing product targets.
- Develops and implements strategies to increase sales and maintain partnerships with dealerships.
- Monitors loan productions, reviews applications, and resolves dealership concerns.
- Graduate of Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or any related course.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or branch operations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Computer-proficient and able to work under pressure.
