Job Description

  • Assess patients physical condition, mobility, posture, muscle strength, and functional abilities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
  • Provide physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, gait training, and mobility training.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, posture correction, and injury prevention.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
  • Collaborate with doctors and the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and organizational policies.
  • Stay updated with current physiotherapy practices through continuous professional development.
