Job Requirements

Performance & Talent Management: Drive timely goal setting, quarterly/mid-year reviews, and annual PMS assessments across various categories of employees. Partnering with managers to identify critical roles, and build succession plans.

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Deliver hiring within SLA (cost, quality, time) with timely monitoring. Drive 100% Talent XP adoption. Ensure timely induction, onboarding and joining formalities. Publish timely organizational announcements.

• Employee Relations: Maintain harmonious and cordial ER. Monthly employee forum meetings and closure of points, grievance redressal, understanding of HR policies and its timely communications to employees, managing creche and other employee facilities.

• Employee Engagement & GPTW: Drive actions to increase GPTW scores. Lead monthly R&R, shop-floor HR Corner check-ins (with prompt query resolution), and cohort connects (new joinees, female staff, off-roll teams).

• Data Discipline & Analytics: Maintain accurate SuccessFactors (SF) records. Publish monthly HR dashboards (Attrition, Diversity, Hiring, Tenure). Execute bi-annual Data Detox audits.

• HR Operations & Governance: Ensure timely Success Factors transactions (probation, onboarding, exits) and maintain 100% compliance closure.

Candidate should be MBA/MSW or equivalent degree. Should have experience in working in HR.
