Sourcing Executive-Diamond And Stone Sourcing

Job Requirements

·      Heading Diamond & Gemstones sorting department

·      Responsible for the Overall Operations of the department

·      Deploying, Monitoring & Sustenance of Quality Assurance standards of Tanishq, ZOYA, MIA & IBD

·      Managing the Inventory of Solitaire, Small Diamonds & Colour stones as per Business need

·      Coordination with Central Planning, Stone Sourcing teams to manage the Diamond & Gemstones to fulfil the Production Plan

·      Ensure Material Governance as per Policy and periodic Physical Verification as per defined Schedule

·      Upgradation, Training & Competency Building on Gemstones for Internal Team members (Sorting, Bagging, Colour Lustre Matching, Diamond Cutting & Shaping) and other Teams in factory (Production, NPD & Quality)

·      Work closely with Diamond and Gemstone teams to develop new shape / cut for Bespoke / Luxury brands of Titan

Managing the Team of skilled Diamond Sorters and delivering the Business need 

Degree in Engineering / Science / Diploma 

•      810 Years of technical experience in Diamond Industry

•      Relevant Experience needed in Solitaire and Small Diamonds

•      Experience in Color Stone would be an added advantage

Teaching / Training experience would be an added advantage
