Senior Production Engineer

Job Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Product expert to drive a strong culture of Product Excellence and Process Excellence within our organization. As the Senior Production Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Stated Product Quality standards & Guidelines, daily monitoring and review of product quality, performance, and compliance, and developing and enhancing employee capabilities through structured skill development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all processes, ensuring alignment with product standards, quality requirements, and manufacturing recipes.

- Conduct regular process audits to verify compliance with SOPs and identify deviations or gaps.

- Drive timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to close identified process gaps and prevent recurrence.

- Drive implementation of Quality Management (QM) pillar steps across the factory to strengthen quality culture and process discipline.

- Monitor process adherence through defined KPIs and follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure sustained compliance.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Product Expert with experience in jewelry manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SOP formation and process control, as well as experience in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and Quality Management (QM) pillar steps. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for production processes

- Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency

- Identify and implement corrective and preventive actions to address production issues

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in production processes

- Ensure compliance with quality management systems and standards

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in jewelry manufacturing

- Strong knowledge of SOP formation, process control, CAPA, and QM pillar steps

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
