Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced technical operational leader to spearhead end-to-end jewelry manufacturing at our Pantnagar Plant. This role is responsible for driving production, Material yield optimization, casting quality, and precious metal loss control across precision CAD, CAM, Casting and chemical refining processes.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• CAD & CAM Operations

Overseeing 3D printing, growing, and resin, finishing for defect free trees.

• Casting Excellence

Precision Gold & Platinum vacuum casting with focus on high FTR Yield.

• TPM & Equipment Efficiency

Maximizing OEE across 3D printers was injectors, and casting furnaces.

• Mold Cutting & Waxing

Master rubber mold creation, wax tree injection and precise assembly.

• Precious Metal Refining

Chemical refining technologies, high purity recovery and metal accounting.

• Metal Loss Management

Strict inventory variance controls and process loss minimization strategies.

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Production Manager.
