Analyst Global Procurement System And Strategies

General Summary:

Responsible for supporting the development/implementation/maintenance of applications/systems/functions/tools that support the Global Procurement initiatives which enhance and streamline the procurement and sourcing functions. Provides analysis of Procurement business processes and functional requirements.

How You Will Help Us Connect The World

• Manages the Global Procurement SharePoint websites, including assigns user access and security, posts/updates documents, performing audits as required.
• Manages the Corporate Supplier Diversity program, including requests supplier certification and posts to internal certification database, maintains database, monitors diverse supplier directory responses from external website, provides quarterly reporting, works with IT to maintain Supplier Diversity pages on Vistance.com.
• Administrates and maintains the electronic Global Vendor Request application, including works with IT and key stakeholders to provide specs and process maps, maintains numerous data tables to support workflows and approvers, provides user help as needed.
• Responsible for Procurement supplier web applications. For Schedule Sharing, assigns access to internal/external users. For Report Card, assigns access to internal/external users, reviews/analyzes/evaluates application to resolve issues and user needs, collaborates with IT to integrate upgrades/enhancements. Provides training as required to internal and external users.
• Develops and maintains Procurement training documents/videos, publishes to SharePoint and/or Vistance Training Library (CTL), provides training as required.
• Supports the testing of new Procurement functionality, sourcing tools, SAP initiatives, external web applications, and internal SharePoint sites.
• Collaborates on projects owned by workstreams outside Procurement.
• Manages the PO workflow process
  
  

Required Skillset:

• Preferably Bachelor’s in related curriculum such as Engineering,Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Preferably 5 to 7 yrs experience utilizing SAP S/4HANA, Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Access.
• Experience with BO preferred
• Highly proficient computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and database, internet research, AI search engines and presentation
• Ability to deliver high level customer service to end users
• Excellent oral/written communication skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management/staff and outside client/suppliers
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize concurrent assignments
