Job Description
- Assist in operating the blown film extrusion line as per SOP and production plan.
- Support machine setup, die, air ring, IBC, screen changer and winder operation.
- Monitor film quality (gauge, width, appearance) and report deviations immediately.
- Help in raw material loading, mixing and changeover activities.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety practices and assist in basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Ensure 5’S & EHS program implemented on the shop floor.
- Minimize rejection, Increase in productivity and efficiency at micro level.
