Engineer-Injection Moulding

Knowledge of processing high performance polymers.

Work with team members to Injection processes that meet all technical requirements and exceed customer expectations.

Participate and provide engineering input and feedback on new operational parameters

Develop scientific based processes and generate documentation and controls to ensure efficient and optimum run consistency.

Contribute to managing new order scheduling, all work order documentation. Provide hands on participation, assistance, guidance, and leadership in all operational activities with the team.

Drive molding process improvements to include qualification, cycle time efficiency, and scrap reduction.

Assist in the set-up, operation, trouble shooting, and normal repair of shopfoor mold , mcs & utilities equipment.

Report on departmental Safety, Quality, and Productivity metrics and goals.

Knoladgef about 5S, Kaizen, Nearmis, RCA , CAPA etc related production documents with departmental Safety, Quality, and Productivity metrics and goals.
