SEO Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive SEO Executive with 4+ years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, up-to-date knowledge of modern SEO practices, and excellent communication skills, as this is a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings
  

• Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
  

• Optimize website structure, on-page elements, and technical SEO aspects
  

• Manage off-page SEO, including high-quality link building and outreach strategies
  

• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.
  

• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes (crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, etc.)
  

• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for SEO best practices
  

• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends
  

• Prepare and present SEO reports, insights, and strategies to clients
  

• Handle client communication, meetings, and expectation management effectively
  

Required Skills & Expertise

• 4+ years of proven experience in SEO (agency or client-facing roles preferred)
  

• Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO
  

• Hands-on experience with SEO/Vibe Code tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, Claude, Anti-gravity etc.)
  

• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, site architecture, and indexing strategies
  

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (for SEO purposes)
  

• Experience in handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  

Modern SEO Knowledge (Must-Have)

• Understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
  

• Knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
  

• Familiarity with AIO (AI Optimization) and AI-driven search trends
  

• Good communication skills as this is a client facing role
  

• Ability to optimize content for AI-driven search engines and featured snippets
  

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (mandatory for client interaction)
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  

• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, client-friendly manner
  

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  

Nice to Have

• Experience working with international clients
