Role: SecOps Security Engineer (L3) – Security Operations - (Check Point, Palo Alto, and Fortinet firewalls)

NorthBay Solutions, an AWS Premier Consulting Partner with distributed teams across the US, Canada, UAE, India, and Pakistan, is hiring high-caliber and experienced SecOps Security Engineer (L3) – CheckPoint & PaloAlto to support a large-scale 24x7 Security Operations environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies including firewalls, web security, endpoint protection, VPNs, and security operations processes.

Experience

• 7-10 years of experience in Security Operations

• Experience supporting enterprise environments

• Strong troubleshooting and incident response capabilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Check Point, Palo Alto, and Fortinet firewalls

• Implement and review firewall policies, ACLs, NAT, and security rules

• Administer WAF, IPS, VPN, MFA, and proxy security solutions

• Support endpoint security platforms including EDR, DLP, and antivirus solutions

• Investigate security incidents and perform root cause analysis

• Review security logs, alerts, and operational events

• Support audit, compliance, and security governance requirements

• Execute security hardening and vulnerability remediation activities

• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and operational reports

• Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) activities and readiness exercises
