Job Overview 

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Sales and Growth team. This role is ideal for someone with strong English communication skills, a competitive drive, and the discipline to hit sales targets consistently. You will own the sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal, running demo calls, handling objections, negotiating terms, and converting prospects into long term customers.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a pipeline of qualified leads passed from the marketing team, moving them efficiently through the sales funnel
  
• Conduct product demo calls that clearly communicate value and address prospect needs
  
• Handle objections and negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals
  
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, providing a smooth transition into onboarding
  
• Track and manage all deal activity in the CRM, keeping pipeline data accurate and up to date
  
• Work closely with the marketing team to give feedback on lead quality and help refine targeting criteria
  
• Coordinate with the technical/onboarding team to ensure a seamless hand off after a deal closes
  
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and sales best practices to improve close rates continuously
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably in a SaaS company
  
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  
• Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, including negotiation and deal closing
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust approach accordingly
  
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
  
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools to manage pipeline and track progress
  
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  
• Familiarity with the software services sales lifecycle in the US is a strong plus
