People Experience Associate

• Assist with expense management, invoice processing, and reimbursement administration.
  
• Coordinate with bank representatives for employee account opening and related documentation.
  
• Prepare, issue, and maintain HR letters and other employee-related documents.
  
• Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation.
  
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes.
  
• Respond to routine employee queries and provide administrative support to the People Experience team.
  
• Support HR audits by organizing and maintaining required documentation.
  
• Perform other day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
  
• ACCA background preferred.  
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
  
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow in HR Operations.
