Assistant Manager Marketing Communications_01

FiveRivers Technologies is looking for a proactive and socially savvy Assistant Manager Marketing Communications to lead social media strategy, public relations, and written content across our brands. This role will manage a multi-platform social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms), maintain brand websites, and transform technical and industry-specific information into compelling, audience-focused content. This is a high-autonomy role requiring end-to-end ownership of marketing communications across assigned brands.

• Own the social media strategy and content calendar for assigned brands across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  
• Write and publish press releases independently for product launches, company milestones, media coverage, and event announcements.
  
• Translate technical, engineering, and industry-specific information into clear, engaging content for industry buyers, partners, investors, and the general public.
  
• Develop compelling pitch decks, one-pagers, and other sales enablement materials by converting technical content into business-friendly messaging.
  
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to create timely and relevant content.
  
• Maintain and optimize website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging.
  
• Manage day-to-day community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions across social platforms.
  
• Track and report on social media and website performance, including audience growth, engagement, and traffic metrics.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source, curate, and develop high-quality content across all communication channels.
  

Requirements

Excellent written English and communication skills, with the ability to represent the companys brands externally with the press and partners while collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

3–5 years of experience in social media management or marketing communications, preferably within a B2B or technology company.

Proven experience producing pitch decks and one-pagers at the content level.

Strong understanding of communicating with industry, B2B, and investor audiences, beyond consumer-focused engagement strategies.

Working knowledge of social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms, along with Canva or equivalent design tools for quick creative turnaround.

Highly organized, proactive, and capable of independently managing content calendars and multiple social media accounts.
