Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company’s global Sustainability & ESG strategy, including measurable goals, roadmaps, and transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with relevant sustainability regulations and reporting standards (e.g., CSRD, ESRS, IFRS S1/S2, GHG Protocol, EU Green Deal initiatives) and lead ESG reporting, governance, audits, and external assessments.
Lead the company’s climate and environmental agenda, including decarbonization initiatives, Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions management, energy efficiency, circular economy, and sustainable product strategies.
Develop and implement sustainable supply chain and responsible sourcing programs, including ESG risk management, supplier engagement, and human rights due diligence.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and representing the company in industry initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Corporate Responsibility, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Sustainability, ESG, EHS, Operations, Strategy, or related leadership roles.
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing global sustainability strategies.
Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability regulations.
Experience working within multinational organizations and complex global environments.
Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
