• Operation of injection Moulding machinery
• Set up injection molding machines, dryers, and mold peripherals
• Responsible for day-to-day shift activities and production
  
  

Tasks & Responsibilities

Operation of injection Moulding machinery:

• Supervised of production employees, INJ maintenance and team leaders.
• Visual inspection of produced components for quality control and to identify any issues or defects
• Carry out routine maintenance on injection Moulding machines and auxiliary equipment
• Processed changes to optimize cycle times.
  
  

Set up injection molding machines, dryers, and mold peripherals

• Set up injection molding machines, dryers, and mold peripherals.
• Set up an on-the-job training program similar to an apprenticeship
• Processed changes to optimize cycle times.
• Supported tool and die and machine maintenance with troubleshooting.
  
  

Responsible For Day-to-day Shift Activities And Production:

• Prepared production reports and employee attendance.
• Trained and developed individuals within the organization.
• Identified and proactively execute opportunities for improvement within the production department
  
  

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

Required:

• DME & Diploma in Plastic Technology
  
  

Preferred:

• Plastic Technology in Process
  
  

Work Experience

5-8 years

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

Required:

• Depth knowledge in Plastic Technology
  
  

Preferred:

• Product analytical skill
