KRA1 Market Research & Consumer Insights

• Continuously meet channel partners, influencers and customers to gather important consumer insights related to products Levelplast & Repair Mortar.
• Assist Head VAP to prepare and fine tune product strategy based on those insights in order to achieve overall growth objective.
  
  

• Develop & Launch Applicator Development Program for big Applicators catering to project segment across major cities PAN-INDIA.
• Engage applicators covered in the program in order to create an expert and loyal group of applicators in all these cities.
• Use these applicators for extensive sampling as & when required by Sales team.
• Fine tune the program as & when required.
• Lead a team of employees in third party role for the purpose.
  
  

• To monitor Levelplast application post sales.
• To ensure all Levelplast application is done as per company prescribed procedure and to train applicators for correct application in case required.
• Resolve any customer complaint in timely manner.
• Create a positive customer experience post sales targeting word of mouth publicity of product.
• Meet the builders post application to capture feedback, share it internally and improve processes if required.
  
  

• Act as a central coordinator for Levelplast and Repair Mortar products.
• To coordinate with various departments for timely delivery of tasks/ actions/ product availability/ branding material availability to the Sales team.
