Key Responsibilities
Independently manages break/fix resolution, configuration changes, and ongoing system maintenance for Clinical Applications. Handles moderately complex tickets and service requests, performs root cause analysis, and implements approved fixes. Supports upgrade and patch cycles, collaborates across application teams, and begins mentoring associates on operational procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
Mentoring & Team Leadership
Provides peer support, begins mentoring associates on troubleshooting and operational workflows, and collaborates across modules. Works alongside and performs peer review for AC teams.
System Configuration & Maintenance
Performs independent configuration changes, maintenance builds, and moderate troubleshooting for one or more Clinical Application areas. Executes approved change requests, validates system behavior post-change, and ensures accuracy of configuration against documented standards.
Testing & Troubleshooting
Leads functional and regression testing for configuration changes and patches. Conducts testing, resolves moderately complex issues, and documents results. Validates system stability after maintenance windows.
End-User Support & Training
Develops and maintains knowledge base articles, user guides, and troubleshooting documentation. Provides training and ongoing support to end-users on system changes and known issues.
