Your Tasks

  • Enforce clarity and responsibility to implement HSE policies, guidelines and procedures at sites to ensure that the department objectives are met.
  • Provide support to Site team in all aspects of safety, occupational health and environmental issues.
  • Interpret the HSE requirements and support the HSE team in ensuring compliance and fulfilling corporate requirements.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance to all HSE Regulatory requirements for the area of operation are complied.
  • Responsible for implementing the ISO 14001 and 45001 procedures of the company and assets in the global certification process.
  • Develop HSE Processes and emergency plans that comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop all necessary HSE documents to meet company requirements.
  • Engage with the workforce, inspect work sites in order to verify implementations of HSE requirements, identify gaps that need focus and provide practicable solutions in consultation to HSE department to address the issue.
  • Delivery training module to employees on HSE issue.
  • Actively participate in incident investigation / review and preach the learning to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain HSE records and statistics updated, orderly and easily retrievable manner.
  • Responsible for all the reporting requirements from the site to HSE POC.
  • Actively participate in HSE campaigns and ensure roll out in all workplaces.
  • Extended active support in organizing corporate reviews, HSE Advisors forums, Subcontractors forums, Safety Quiz, Safety Survey, etc.
  • Conduct and review site survey, safety evaluations and hazard identification assessments in the field.
  • Monitor and maintain adequate safety equipment, i.e. Personal protective equipment, safety belts, harnesses etc.
  • Track non-conformance results from audits; analyze causes, determine and recommend corrective processes to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor work sites and operations to ensure that a safety culture exists, encouraging employees to take total ownership and be accountable and responsible for their health and safety.

Your Profile

  • BE / Diploma in any specialization with Ind. Safety from RLI/CLRI OR M.E / M.Tech in Industrial safety.
  • GWO All modules, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001.
  • 4-5 yrs in HSE
