Your Role

Lead the design, implementation, and administration of VMware virtualization platforms, including vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, NSX, and VMware Cloud on AWS.
Architect and deploy scalable, secure, and highly available VMware environments aligned with business and infrastructure requirements.
Manage VMware infrastructure operations, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and reliability across enterprise environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex virtualization, compute, storage, networking, and performance-related issues.
Collaborate with networking, storage, cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to integrate VMware solutions with enterprise platforms.
Perform capacity planning, resource optimization, and performance tuning to support current and future business demands.

Your Profile

6-12 years of experience in VMware infrastructure administration, architecture, and enterprise virtualization technologies.
Strong hands-on expertise with VMware vSphere, vCenter Server, ESXi, vSAN, NSX, and VMware Cloud on AWS.
Experience designing, deploying, and supporting large-scale virtualized data center environments.
Deep understanding of VMware compute, storage, networking, clustering, HA, DRS, vMotion, and disaster recovery concepts.
Strong troubleshooting skills across virtualization, operating systems, storage platforms, and network infrastructure.
Experience with VMware performance monitoring, capacity planning, optimization, and infrastructure automation.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, hybrid cloud deployments, and integration with AWS and other enterprise cloud platforms.
