At Kidbea®, we’re on a mission to build one of India’s most loved sustainable kidswear brands 🌱 — and we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser who can transform retail spaces into engaging brand experiences.

If you’ve worked with reputed brands, have a strong eye for aesthetics, and understand the nuances of kidswear merchandising — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute in-store visual displays aligned with Kidbea’s brand identity
• Plan and implement window displays, product placements, and store layouts
• Ensure consistency in visual standards across all retail touchpoints
• Collaborate with marketing and retail teams for seasonal campaigns and launches
• Analyze customer behavior and sales trends to optimize merchandising strategies
• Train store staff on visual merchandising guidelines and maintenance
• Manage props, fixtures, and overall store aesthetics
  
  

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising (with reputed brands)
• Prior experience in kidswear is highly preferred
• Strong portfolio showcasing your work (store layouts, window displays, styling, etc.)
• Excellent sense of design, color coordination, and space utilization
• Ability to translate brand identity into impactful in-store storytelling
• Good communication and coordination skills
