Visual Designer - Marketing

About The Role

We’re looking for a designer who can translate ideas into clear, engaging visuals across

video, static, and GIF formats. This role focuses on strong visual thinking and design execution, with an emphasis on using modern tools (including AI) to work faster, explore more, and improve output quality.

Work Experience : 0-4 years

Key Responsibilities

• Video Visualisation & Frame Design
  
  

Translate scripts and ideas into frame-by-frame visual sequencesDesign each frame with clear layout, composition, and text placementEnsure the overall visual flow of the video is engaging and easy to follow

• Static & GIF Creative Design
  
  

Design static ads, banners, thumbnails, and social creativesCreate lightweight motion/GIF creatives where requiredEnsure designs are clear, engaging, and easy to consume

• Visual Communication
  
  

Use typography, layout, color, and imagery to simplify communicationMaintain strong visual hierarchy across all outputsEnsure consistency in style across video frames and static creatives

• Creative Adaptation
  
  

Adapt concepts across formats (video frames, statics, GIFs)Create multiple variations of the same ideaEnsure consistency across different touchpoints

• AI-Enabled Workflow
  
  

Use AI tools to enhance speed, exploration, and quality of design outputExperiment with new tools and workflows to improve how ideas are visualisedStay updated with emerging creative tools and trends

• Execution & Collaboration
  
  

Work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaroundsCollaborate with motion designers, marketers, and content teamsTake ownership of end-to-end design output

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in:Adobe Photoshop / IllustratorFigma (or similar tools)Strong understanding of:Layout, composition, and typographyVisual storytelling for videoDesigning for mobile-first formats

Ability To

Think in sequences (not just single creatives)Translate scripts into clear visual framesSwitch between video and static design seamlessly
