Job Title: US Business Development Executive (SaaS / Tech / B2B)

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift – IST)

Salary: upto 8lpa

About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive with experience in SaaS / Tech / B2B sales for the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in lead generation, and a proven track record of closing deals with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to closure)
  • Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable SaaS/Tech solutions
  • Schedule and conduct product demos & sales presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
  • Maintain CRM and sales pipeline effectively
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B / SaaS / Tech sales (US market preferred)
  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience in international sales / outbound sales is a must
  • Ability to work in night shifts (US timings)
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS product selling
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
  • Understanding of the US business ecosystem
