Job Description – Female Telesales Executive

Location: Noida, India
Position: Female Telesales Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred
Employment Type: Full-Time


Job Responsibilities


  • Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally with potential customers.
  • Explain company products/services and generate sales leads.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service and support.

Requirements


  • Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
  • Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude and professional behavior.
