Job Description

Mandatory Skills: .NET Application Security (OAuth2 + JWT + ASP.NET Identity + OWASP), Angular 14+, Angular Components & Design Patterns, ASP.NET Web API (REST APIs), Microservices Architecture, Data Access, ActiveMQ

10+ years hands-on development and architecture support using C#, .NET, Web APIs, Angular.
Act as Scrum Master for 1-2 Scrum teams.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
Review application architecture, technical designs, and implementation approaches.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, security practices, and development best practices.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and guide teams on resolution strategies.
Mentor developers and drive technical excellence across teams.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and engineering leadership on technology roadmaps.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
Track sprint progress, team velocity, capacity planning, and delivery commitments.
Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity.
Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum best practices.
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure well-defined and prioritized backlogs.
