Algoscale is a technology consulting and product engineering company partnering with startups and enterprises across cloud, fullstack engineering, and emerging technologies. We build scalable, high impact digital products.

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Python and React.js/Node.js, along with mandatory project management experience. The ideal candidate will lead engineering teams while owning end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and successful delivery of complex software initiatives. Candidates with a background in either Application Engineering or Data Engineering are welcome to apply.

·        Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions.

·        Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

·        Define project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps.

·        Coordinate with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to drive project success.

·        Track project progress, manage risks, dependencies, and escalations, and communicate status to leadership.

·        Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

·        Mentor and guide engineering teams while driving technical excellence.

·        Conduct architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.

·        Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, CI/CD, and quality processes.

·        Drive continuous improvement in engineering and delivery processes.

·        4–12 years of software engineering experience.

·        Strong hands-on experience in Python/ react/ node.js

·        Mandatory experience managing software engineering projects from initiation to delivery.

·        Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.

·        Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.

·        Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.

·        Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

·        Excellent stakeholder management, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills

·        Strong hands-on coding experience in Python/ react or node.js

·        Mandatory project management and delivery ownership experience.

·        Experience leading engineering teams and managing stakeholder communication.
