Role Overview

We are building a modern, high-performance L2/L3 Support Team in Noida, India (Hybrid work model), responsible for resolving the vast majority of production issues without escalating to Engineering.

This leadership role requires professionals who combine:

We are not looking for ticket passers. We are looking for problem owners who lead by example.

Experience Required

• 6+ years in production support or similar environments
• Proven RCA leadership experience
• Mentoring and escalation management experience
• Track record of driving process improvement and documentation culture
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Own L2/L3 tickets across application, database, and infrastructure layers
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and when possible implement or propose fixes
• Pull, read, and navigate code repositories to understand logic and dependencies
• Lead or contribute to root cause analysis (RCA)
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to drive timely resolution
• Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and troubleshooting documentation
• Collaborate with Engineering and SRE teams
• Mentor team members and review their investigations
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Raise technical standards across the team
• Drive continuous improvement in support processes and practices
