Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the development of robust backend services and microservices using Java-based ecosystems.
  
• Design and implement real-time data processing pipelines utilizing Kafka and Redis for high-throughput scenarios.
  
• Manage infrastructure and deployment pipelines through Jenkins, Nginx, and Git to ensure seamless continuous integration and delivery.
  
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from concept to production, ensuring adherence to best practices in security and performance.
  
• Facilitate agile workflows and project tracking using Jira and Confluence to maintain transparency and efficiency across teams.
  
• Lead code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide strategic guidance on technology stack evolution.
  

• Minimum of 8 to 12 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on enterprise-level applications.
  
• Proficiency in core Java technologies, including Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate for building scalable enterprise solutions.
  
• Strong expertise in the Groovy and Grails frameworks for rapid application development.
  
• Hands-on experience with messaging systems like Kafka and caching solutions such as Redis and Hazelcast.
  
• Solid background in frontend development with Angular to support full-stack capabilities.
  
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git), CI/CD tools (Jenkins), and web servers (Nginx).
  
• Demonstrated ability to utilize project management and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence effectively.
  
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects within the IT Services domain.
