Team Leader - PMO

Support delivery of enterprise applications into standardized delivery platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps), ensuring alignment with Agile and project governance frameworks.

Manage customer and stakeholder requirements, including functional, non‑functional requirements, and success KPIs under ELK tool

Participate in and contribute to the regional Agile / Delivery Center of Excellence (CoE), mentoring teams and improving delivery maturity across regions

Contribute fully to the project / assigned deliverables

Assist the project manager while coordinating meetings, documentation, project progress etc.

Creating weekly, monthly progress reports

Manage communication during critical change implementations

Manage issues/escalation during critical migration/cutover window

Assist program management team, engineering groups and business during change rollback.

Facilitate and manage troubleshoot sessions

Share periodic status updates with leadership team during implementation window.

MS office is required for tracking and updating daily, weekly, and monthly reports
