Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with 4+ years of experience who can lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensure delivery excellence, and manage high-value customer relationships. You will not only oversee execution but also mentor junior PMs, optimize processes, and act as a bridge between business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple customer projects in parallel.
• Define project goals, scope, and timelines in collaboration with leadership and clients.
• Manage customer expectations, escalations, and stakeholder communication at all levels.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor and optimize project performance, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Implement best practices in Agile, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Lead UAT cycles, release planning, and go-live support.
• Mentor and guide junior PMs, helping them grow in project ownership.
• Contribute to process improvements and frameworks for scaling delivery.
  
  

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in SaaS/IT/Media-tech domains.
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management and tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
• Strong background in client management and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, multiple priorities, and complex dependencies.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
  
  

• Prior experience in OTT, Media, or SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of technical concepts (APIs, integrations, cloud deployments, app releases).
• Experience in contract/CR lifecycle management.
