A rapidly expanding leader in India’s renewable energy sector, we deliver large-scale solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects across commercial, industrial, and utility-scale segments. Our team designs, builds, and commissions megawatt-grade solar installations with precision, safety, and speed—fueling India’s clean energy transition while partnering with Tier-1 developers, IPPs, and government agencies.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solar EPC projects from site survey & feasibility through commissioning, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and compliant execution.
• Manage cross-functional teams including civil, electrical, and commissioning engineers; coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site supervisors across multiple MW-scale installations.
• Develop detailed project schedules, risk registers, and resource plans using MS Project or Primavera; track KPIs and resolve bottlenecks to maintain 95%+ schedule adherence.
• Ensure strict compliance with MNRE, CEA, and state DISCOM regulations; prepare documentation for project approvals, grid connectivity, and O&M handover.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for modules, inverters, mounting structures; control CAPEX by optimizing BoQ, reducing waste, and managing variation orders.
• Conduct quality audits, safety inspections, and client walkthroughs; drive continuous improvement in project delivery through post-mortems and digital monitoring tools.
